The Teclast X98 Pro is a 9.7-inch Windows tablet with a retina class resolution of 2048 x 1536-pixels as 264 ppi.
It runs on a quad-core Intel Atom X5-Z850 processor clocked at 2.24GHz.
It comes with 4GB of RAM for a smooth ride and 64GB storage for plenty of app and media space (expandable via microSD also).
Battery life should be quite respectable thanks to its 8,000mAh battery and connectivity includes WiFI 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, miniHDMI and microUSB 2.0.
It carries a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facer.
The tablet weighs 540g and is out at around US$277.
