Elephone P9000 Is Teased Again by the Company, this Time with the Help of Iron Man

In the past, there were a lot of scenarios in which several hardware manufacturers, decided to promote their new smartphone devices by using Marvel super-heroes. Elephone is one of these companies, company that today is revealing a new teaser image where Iron Man stands next to theP9000, a new phone expected to be launched pretty soon.

This upcoming device will bring some amazing specs, like an USB Type-C port, a front-facing panel with 2.5D glass and a fingerprint scanner placed on the right, just like the one from Xperia Z5 range of smartphones. Android 6.0 Marshmallow will also be on board when this device comes out.

Probably, the display will measure 5.5 inch in diagonal, and it will offer a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It remains to see what the next teaser will reveal, and when Elephone will launch it on the market.

Finally the Chinese team jailbreak team has dropped Pangu 9 iOS 9 to iOS 9.0.2 jailbreak for iPhone 6s, 6s Plus, 6, 6 Plus, 5s, 5c, 5, 4s, all iOS 9-supported iPads and iPod touch devices.

What we have to note is that Pangu is currently available for Windows only. No word on when the Max OS X version will be released.

It is currently available only for Windows. Pangu team has provided the following details on their website:

1. Preparations for jailbreak.

Please backup your device before using Pangu. Although we have successfully tested Pangu with a number of devices, we strongly suggest you backup your data via iTunes before jailbreak.

In order to increase the success rate, please switch your device to airplane mode, and disable passcode and “find my iPhone” functions in system setting.

2. Unable to jailbreak devices that are upgraded via OTA

The firmware upgraded via OTA affects Pangu 9 a lot and usually causes Pangu 9 to fail. If you have failed many times, please try to download the latest firmware and restore your iOS devices.

In addition, Pangu itself now provides a functionality to easily restore iOS devices and automatically complete the activation and jailbreak, through a simple one-click.

3. the warning of “Disk is almost full”.

This is because during the jailbreaking process, Pangu will write some important files into the system partition and lead to this warning. However, it will not affect your device. If Cydia is installed, it will re-adjust the system files on its first launch and then the warning would disappear.

4. Suggestions after several failed attempts

1. Please switch to the airplane mode, try again.

2. Please reboot both your iOS devices as well as your computer, and try again.

3. Please use the restore functionality in Pangu to restore your device, and try again.

Pre-requities:

Backup all of the data to either iTunes or iCloud.

How to jailbreak iOS 9.0.2:

Step 1: First up, turn off Find My iPhone on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Navigate to Settings > iCloud > Find My iPhone and turn off “Find My iPhone”.

Step 2: Turn off Passcode and Touch ID unlock. For that, simply navigate to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and then tap on ‘Turn Passcode Off’.

Step 3: Switch on Airplane Mode from Settings.

Step 4: Download Pangu 9 for Windows from here. Download Pangu 9 iOS 9 – 9.0.2 Jailbreak For iPhone 6s, Plus, 6, 5s, iPad And More.

Step 5: Connect your device to computer and launch Pangu 9.

Step 6: Now click on Start button in the center for jailbreak to begin.

Step 7: From there you will now get another window, tap on ‘Already backup’ to continue.

Step 8: During the jailbreak process, you will notice two apps appear on the Home screen, one named Pangu and another WWDC. Your device will automatically reboot after which the tool will ask you to unlock your device and turn on Airplane Mode again.

Step 9: Once you turn on the Airplane Mode, you will notice the tool will continue the kailbreaking process.

Step 10. Now that after few seconds, it will ask you to run Pangu app from the Home screen. Do it and give full access to Photos app when prompted to.

Step 11: Just after some time, the jailbreak will complete and you will get the message “Jailbreak completed” on the tool. What next? Simply and safely close the Pangu app on Windows. Your device will now restart after which you will find Cydia on the Home screen.

Here’s Cydia running on iPhone 6s, iOS 9.0.2. Now that the jailbreak is done, don’t forget to turn on Touch ID/Passcode and Find My iPhone on your device.
